Consulting and Project Management

Dr. Leanne provides consulting and project management services informed by over two decades of experience as a psychologist and sociologist, working at the intersection of research, policy, and practice. Her work supports organisations to design, deliver, and evaluate complex social programs, with a particular focus on gendered violence, trauma-informed practice, prevention, and systems change.

Dr. Leanne leads end-to-end projects that integrate rigorous qualitative and mixed-methods research with practical, context-responsive implementation. This includes scoping and co-design, stakeholder and community consultation, ethics and governance, data collection and analysis, evaluation frameworks, and the translation of findings into actionable strategies, reports, and training resources.
