Non-Negotiables

Achieving a goal is not as simple as writing it down and taking steps towards it. There have been many times in my own life that I have set a goal, even had a big “why”, and still not achieved the result I wanted.  One component of success that many women I have interviewed have identified is that their goal was “non-negotiable”.  This means, the only outcome possible was to achieve their goal – they couldn’t accept anything else.  In this episode of Real Success for Women, we explore how non-negotiables can help you create the life you really want.
